a private heated 11x5 pool!!! (25 degrees) with automatic safety shutter, a large 2000 m2 fully fenced garden, a swing for children, charcoal barbecue and deckchairs available. Covered terrace with table and chairs to have a good time around a good barbecue (even if it rains you are sheltered) and a ping pong table!!
For your convenience, a secure slow charging socket is installed for your electric vehicles.

We are in what is called "the hot air balloon flight corridor" so you will see the hot air balloons pass by or land not far from the house and it is simply magical!! Departures are from Castelnaud (5 min)
A cleaning kit is provided upon arrival (sponge, dishwashing and floor cleaner...)
I remind you that noisy musical parties and evenings are not allowed and that this is not a campsite so no tents in the garden.
No pets allowed.
Any additional person or child will be charged.
