The space
The house is divided in three lovely apartments all with airconditioning in each bedroom:

Apartment 'Palio' 6P: double bedroom (+baby), private bathroom with (walk-in)shower and private access. Second bedroom with bathroom with shower and bidet. Private access. Kitchen with big table, washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemachine, microwave and oven, livingroom with smart tv, desk, fireplace and sofa bed for two people. Garden doors for private access.

Apartment 'Casa Gialla' 4P: double bedroom with private access from the garden with natural spring. Second bedroom with 2 single beds, exit doors and one bathroom with shower and bidet. Kitchen/dining with a big table, washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemachine, microwave and oven. Exit to the covered patio with big table outside for 20 people and outdoor living room.

Apartment 'Fienile' 6P: Family space with two double bedrooms (4 people + baby bed) and private access from the Patio, bathroom with shower and bidet. Kitchen/living with big table, tv and sofa bed for two people. Private access. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemachine, microwave and oven. Second bathroom with shower.

Annex 'Porcilaia' 4P: only 2 meters from the mainhouse with two double bedrooms en-suite with airco and each private access and each with its own bathroom with shower and bidet.

All apartments have access from the groundfloor.

Podere Casetta is a biological farm that produces olive oil and honey on a land of 23 acres, immersed in silence and in nature surrounded by meadows and gentle slopes of oaks in the Sienese mountains (Montagnola Senese).

Here you will find your true Tuscan holiday, in the middle of nature, taking sun at your private swimmingpool near to the house. You will find a well-aired summer with enough shade and suitable for walks in the nearby woods, crossed by several paths, catching sight of charming landscapes, lots of medieval villages.
It is also possible to have a walk and explore the private land of the farm, between olive trees, fruit trees and woods. You will surely enjoy this magical place during which, with a little stroke of luck, you might see fallow-deers, badgers, foxes, porcupines, hedgehoges, dormices.

We love our farm in the middle of the unspoiled nature of Siena and for us it is the privacy and wildlife that makes it so special.
