This is a brand new home 6 mins from the phx airport and 10 mins from downtown phx. Its in a very safe HOA community with a nice pool that is walking distance. The house is fully furnished with everything you need to make dinners or just relax. This is a single room with a queen bed that can fit 2 people. I have Netflix on the TVs and very strong WIFI for you. I have parking on the street right in front of my house. Don't miss out on this amazing room.
