"Casa Do Lago" is a luxury villa with stunning views of the golf course in the Hato Verde Golf urbanization, just 15 minutes from Seville. It is a very bright and spacious house, facing the lake of hole 1, where you can enjoy and relax in your private pool; all in a privileged environment, in full nature and in an urbanization with 24-hour surveillance.

The space
In our house you can enjoy a multimedia space for reading, music and cinema with large screen in the attic; living room with fireplace, satellite TV and DVD. Our kitchen is spacious and fully equipped including a large two door freezer refrigerator with ice and cold water dispenser. The dining room is independent as well as the laundry that includes washing machine and dryer.
Outside we also have 3 porches, 3 terraces, covered garage for 2 cars and garden with private pool, barbecue and furniture (table and chairs for eating and chairs and sunbeds to relax and sunbathe).
For your convenience our heating and air conditioning are centralized and we have placed mosquito nets in all the windows and awnings in terraces, and inner patio.

The villa is located about 50 m. of Social Club Hato Verde Golf (which has a bar, restaurant and sports courts) and only 800 m. from the center of town (Las Pajanosas) with shops and more restaurants.
In a very close environment, ideal for hiking or mountain biking, is the Water Route. Moving a little further we can enjoy the Roman ruins of Itálica, a place steeped in history, or the Reserve of Castillo de las Guardas which is one of the largest animal parks in Europe.
