This Beautiful Sea View Penthouse 100M2 apartment overlooks Kata town site and beach. The huge air conditioned living area we can put in extra beds if needed. The master bed with air con and a king size bed. There is a very large terrace off the kitchen and living area that looks out over the sea and valley. The terrace is partially covered with a full outdoor living furniture for relaxing in the nice on shore breeze. located 1km from the beach and 300 m from Patak road, supermarket 350 meters.

The space
The open area concept of living, kitchen, dining area all in a great room overlooking the sea and valley. The huge terrace for relaxing, BBQ, and dining all while enjoying the breeze and quite evenings. This unit is perfect for couples with kids or even 2 couples with a few kids as the space is large enough. The Kitchen is very large with granite tops, full size refrigerator, oven, stove, and all the smaller appliances. Fully equipped to cook all your meals at home, and lots of place settings if you have guests. We are one of very few condos that can park cars that are actually assigned to the unit. We are a very family orientated building and have cribs, high chairs, car seats for the children.

We are a very family orientated building, we have a few retired and working long term tenants that enjoy peace in the evenings. If you are the party type that like to entertain at home I would suggest you pick another place for your vacation. There are lots of place to party in Kata so please keep the party in the bar.
