The space

Traditional country house Independent , located in a small hamlet (which we own), it is clear and spacious (100 m²), it has a covered terrace in the west gable, with barbecue, tables and chairs, a garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, benches, parasols, playground for children. A courtyard is located in front of the house, parking space.

On the ground floor:
Kitchen with fireplace (insert), beamed ceiling , dining area and is equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine etc. ...
