The 170 m² large apartment consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 shower-baths and kitchen with inviting dining area/living corner and HD TV with international HD channels on 50" flat screen. WLAN / Wifi is available free of charge. The building is a typical Berlin old building and has, among other things, an elevator. It is an inconspicuous looking corner building, the more the interior will surprise you when you enter the apartment. From the spacious hallway, the new open plan kitchen with integrated dining room opens up, inviting you to eat together in a large group. To the left and right are the corridors from which the bedrooms and bathrooms extend - everything is new, bright and friendly and spreads a cosy atmosphere. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality King Size Boxspring double beds or single beds and wardrobes. In one room there is a bunk bed. On request we can prepare 3 sofa beds for 2 persons each and provide children's travel beds (60x120 cm) and high chairs for children. Please contact us before you start your journey.

In the 3 new bathrooms with shower, toilet and wash basin we provide our guests with towels, hairdryer, soap and shampoo. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge & freezer, ceramic hob & oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher and a variety of small items and extras ...

The apartment on the 1st floor has 3 balconies - if you have time and leisure, you can observe the typical Berliner in his daily life.
