If you're thinking of a family get-together or a trip with friends this villa featuring two separate apartment is for you! A beautiful secluded garden that assures privacy, stone table with chairs enough for everybody and grill for party dinners all together.

The space
The villa of 220 sqm has 2 living rooms with 2 fireplaces, 1 kitchen and 1 kitchenette, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on 2 floors with an external staircase, therefore it has two independent apartments.

THE SPACE:

★ First floor 120sqm: spacious living room with dining table, two sofas, fireplace, TV with chrome cast, terrace with lake view, kitchenette with oven and dishwasher and dining room. Two double bedrooms with wardrobe and a bedroom with lake view with 2 single beds with wardrobe and balcony. The three bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

★ Ground floor apartment: kitchen with dining table, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine with filter and kettle; living area with fireplace and TV with chrome cast , bedroom with a double bed and single bed and kids room with 3 single beds. Bathroom with shower.

★ Highlight of the villa is the beautiful planted garden (help your self to the fruit in every season!) with lake view where guests have plenty of space to relax, children can run around safely and pets can enjoy too! An out door dining area is also available with stone table and chairs and a lovely bbq, the perfect spot for family dinners or an aperitivo with friends and family!

★ When it's still too cold to eat outside guests can gather around in the "Taverna": an extra room created to join all the family together with a big table, chairs, kitchenette and a brand new pellet burner to stay warm!

There is a barbecue in the garden and an ivy covered pergola where you can have lunch or a candlelit dinner and enjoy the lake view. There is garden furniture with sun beds and garden chairs, a covered garage with space for two cars, and a spacious courtyard.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy a beautiful well kept garden surrounded by trees, plants, flowers and fruit trees. It is completely fenced in and there is an electric gate at the entrance.

Other things to note
★ The villa has two floors connected only from the outside, no internal staircase.

★ Bed linen and kitchenware is provided. Guests need to bring their own towels.

★ Upon departure guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax (€1 per person per night +16 years old for a maximum of 15 nights).

★ Gas heating is considered extra and will be paid according to usage after reading the gas meter (€1,50/m3). Wood is available upon request and if used the cost is 20€ per stay.

★ Guest registration: In accordance with Italian law, we must collect a copy of a valid ID or passport for all guests. You will receive a secure link to upload the required information before arrival.

★ We love animals and they are welcome, if you decide to bring your pet along, we charge an additional 50€ per pet per stay.

★ AVAILABLE FOR WINTER HOLIDAYS ONLY FAMILIES, NO PARTIES ALLOWED. PLEASE ENQUIRE BEFORE INSTANT BOOKING.

★ Discover traditional Italian dishes prepared by a personal chef at your rental apartment! I can arrange a personal chef service (my dad, who's been a chef for 20 years) to come to the house and cook you a three course meal . We are at 1,8km from Colico's main square with restaurants cafés and ferry boat.

The nearest beach is at 1,2 km away (Lido di Colico - 15mins on foot). The beautiful lake front promenade starts here and leads to the piazza and further on to the second beach in Colico (Spiaggia dell'Ontano) where you can rent canoes, paddle boats, bikes and take water sport lessons.

There is a typical restaurant at 500 m away where you can eat outside with lake view (less than 10 mins walk).

The nearest grocery story 850m away (10 mins walk). It's a new small mini market but got all the basics including fresh fruit and veg with lots of local specialities to try out. Great cold cuts and cheeses, local pasta, fridge goods and good choice of beers and wines.

Pharmacy at 800m on the main road.

While the biggest supermarket is Conad at 2km (5 mins by car) or Iperal Fuentes, a big shopping center in the outskirts of Colico open 7/7 from 8:30 am to 8 pm.
