Quiet country style triplex home with this airbnb above another Airbnb that is available to rent separately or combined. This Airbnb is huge w/ private separate entrance. 3rd story loft with queen bed. Huge bathroom. Full Kitchen with cooking supplies. On site parking. House has AC and heat and we control the temperature. House is in a safe central location and is 15-20 min from airport & Mexico. Bottom half of home is owner occupied and GUESTS MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE ANY VISITORS OR FOOD COMES

The space
Guests have their own private entrance. Very large space over 1000 sq ft. with Rustic/country decor with modern amenities AC and heat temperature settings controlled by us. House has WIFI. Full kitchen with new appliances and fridge. Coffee and tea provided complimentary. Full huge bathroom big enough for a family to get ready in with a soaking bath tub (jets are not functional due to age) and a walk in shower for 2. Dual sinks and a 32” Smart TV in the bathroom. Living room has newer 46” lcd tv that connects to internet via Blu-ray player and has a antenna for local channels. It is equipped with hdmi for laptops etc. Sound Bar system with Bluetooth and aux cord. Couch folds out to super comfortable queen size bed with brand new Zinus green tea memory foam mattress. The 3rd floor loft accessed by the spiral staircase has privacy curtains and a very comfortable queen size memory foam bed.
Sheets are 1000TC and pillows are amazing. There is also a balcony with a breath taking sweeping view of all of Bonita. There is a community BBQ ground level outside. House is situated on a hill side. We prefer guests don’t sleep on the bare couch cushions and we will provide the sheets and blanket for couch bed upon request. ASK ABOUT OUR ROMANCE PACKAGE!!!
