Maravilla 1309 is a beautiful 3BR/2BA condo that sleeps 8 comfortably! The main bedroom has a king-size bed, its own flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and sliding glass doors that open to your oversized patio for easy access to your first breath of ocean air as soon as you wake up. Offering a plush king bed and calming decor is a second guest bedroom complete with its own flat screen TV, direct access to a bathroom which is also accessible from the entry hallway. For kids, there is a bunk room that has a twin over twin bunk bed.

Maravilla is located in a 33 acre, gated resort with two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball half-court, fitness room, clubhouse, covered parking, bike racks, and shuffleboard. Beach access is less than a 5 minute walk away, with seasonal beach service of two chairs and one umbrella provided!

Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! The complex also offers pickleball! Maravilla features "low rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach.

Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.


If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Other things to note
Real Joy does not rent to groups of guests under 25 years through AirBNB.  Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property.  Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. CHECK IN IS AT 4PM.  No exceptions at this time.
