This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
A homely domestic 2-bed flat in the middle of a cosmopolitan Café society, situated on top of various late night eateries surrounding a quarry filled with water. Close to N1, wine routes Durbanville, 20 mins from Blaauwberg beach and Stellenbosch, 35 mins from Cape Town city centre. Ideal for short breaks away or stay over when travelling/touring. All the basic necessities, basic wifi (not fibre), use of kitchen and utensils, bath and shower, private domicile.

The space
Homely flat, basic but comfortable, ideal for short breaks. Two separate and private bedrooms, main with double bed and smaller room with single bed.
Full bathroom with bath and shower. Open plan kitchen and lounge leading out to balcony . Lock-up and go. Undercover parking for 1 car, near lift.
Second floor. Lovely view of waterfilled quarry, quiet during the day but busy and slightly noisy or 'buz' evenings until about 11pm.
Regret no TV, and only low level wifi, not suitable for streaming. No open fires permitted (no braaiing).
I live here permanently with my cats but will leave guests to have privacy while they visit.

Café society = with a noise curfew of 11pm. Restaurants go quiet at 10pm. Apartments on a quarry filled with water. Lots of birds, dassies, lovely romantic boardwalk path to walk around the quarry. If you enjoy a nightlife, you will enjoy this area.
