Imagine yourself and your family in a beautiful, cozy oceanfront apartment, fully furnished, VERY well ventilated, and with an amazing view of the Guaratuba waterfront! Close to everything, without giving up the peace of mind of sleeping to the sound of the sea, and with 24-hour security.
In our little corner, you can see and hear the waves from every room in the apartment (especially from the balcony), or go downstairs and hit the beach whenever you want. The apartment is simply delightful...

The space
Privileged location, 10 meters from the sand of the beach, you will sleep to the sea.
The space of the apartment is divided into:
- balcony with hammock, to rest in the sea, and table with 4 stools;
- double bedroom (1 double bed and wardrobe. We have pillows, but we do not provide bed and bath linens);
- single room ( 2 bikes). We have pillows, but we do not provide bed and bath linens);
- living room with sofa/double bed, TV (new) and table for delicious meals;
- full kitchen and integrated into the living room with: duplex refrigerator (new) stove (new), microwave, blender and utensils in general;
- 2 bathrooms with shower;
- laundry room with tank and washing machine (new);
- a parking space;
The condominium has 24-hour security, in addition to barbecues and games room that can be used by guests upon reservation.
Close to the Coat of Arms hypermarket (1 block), bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, beverage distributors and 5 minutes from the center of Guaratuba.
There are also very interesting tours in the region: by boat through Guaratuba bay, Salto Parati and other natural beauties; the amazing Ilha do Mel, known for its rich biodiversity, surfing and cultural events, is 40 km from Guaratuba; in Cabaraquara, on the ferry exit, in Matinhos, there is also the delicious oyster route. Enjoy!!!
