Oh no Gottlieb! I am so bummed and shocked by your review:(( I had checked in with you numerous times throughout your stay asking how everything was and if there was anything we could do to make your stay more enjoyable and you never mentioned anything and actually said everything was great! If I would have known I would have made whatever issue it was our top priority!! As you can see in our other reviews we have never had the issues that you are speaking of, I am so so sorry these things affected your stay....and even more sad that you didn't say anything to me so I could address them and 1. see what you are talking about and 2. fix the situation. There is daily housekeeping so I am shocked about the comments of the room being dirty-- also the dirty towels- you never showed us one or asked for different ones etc:( I am confused by your comment of no windows as there are 2 windows - 1. long window in the loft and another long window (the length above the bed that you slept in.) I am also confused about the construction at 10pm! Our workers don't even work after 4pm. We did install the new door locks which I had spoken to you about the one day at 11am, but besides that I am confused of what other construction you may be speaking of -- there is not construction being done around us as well. Thank you for the review, I did not realize this was your first airbnb stay and I am super bummed we didn't live up to your expectations. I would highly highly highly recommend that your next stay if you have any issues to please have the courtesy to tell the host so they have a chance to see what you are talking about and remedy the situation.
