Cosy 1 room apartment on the ground floor with kitchen and bathroom. View to the courtyard garden and street. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz in the middle and 15 minutes and to Kreuzberg by train.
Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, as Easyjet now also lands and starts in Tegel:-)

Other things to note
The apartment has the bedroom facing the street. The windows are new and tight and also keep a lot of noise away. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid traffic noise.
