First of all Neither Maria or I shouted at you. Let's start from that.
There's recent things that we called common things and common sense of using Airbnb.
We told you to be more patient of the hangers because the day you were check in was very busy day, we had room check out. Also that's very weird for us that someone using washing machine on the FIRST day they just arrived home. We assume that no one travel with dirty laundry.
We never have someone that email us to print their flight schedule with very rude way. That's not so nice that you reached me and told me twice to checkout and print your documents. I don't want to make it such a thing but hey, you gave me horrible review so let's put it here.
There's not written rules that you can not cook in our home, but as a common sense you must know what food that you can cook when you lived with other guests in shared apartment. There's must be something light, something that not use too much oil, something that not make a lot of odor, because not all people like that kind of smells. We don't said you can not use kitchen but the problem is you we're NOT clean our kitchen properly!! You were not following the things we explained to you to turn on some buttons on the top of stove so it can absorb the smoke and oil to prevent the odor.
You said the ants everywhere, because you were cooking in our home!!!Maria came and all around stove is so messy and dirty with oil residue snd greese, you were not put the kitchen utensils back to the right place and dishes to the table again after they all dry, so she brushed and cleaned the kitchen because our guests that stayed next to you give us pretty bad review due the odor of foods that you cost. In total we have 2 guests complained because you , guys! That's not fair at all for every hosts, and you told her you're host too but why you don't have this sense?
About the curtain our floor is new wooden floor, and our landlord old us to not open the curtain too wide so the light won't make the color fade.
You must know there's no daily cleaning or 24h host available to help you everything you want. Let's not being so entitled and acknowledging that Airbnb cut down your expenses so please cut down your demands and expectations.
You're staying in Airbnb we try to give you the best accommodation that suitable for your budget but all you did it just so horrible for us. You're not even know that you cost a lot of trouble for us, I don't usually doing this for I can't tolerate someone disrespect the efforts that me and my sister put to this house. There's must not written rules in some hosts house, but there's common sense and common decency in everyone mind.
And I don't know why Airbnb put our room in very low price (we using smart pricing) for your stay that you only paid 560ntd/night. I feel like get robbed! For all the trouble you made, gas, light, wifi and else.
You gave us 1 star for all trouble yourself made is hurt!
