This wonderful sized efficiency, approximate 350 square feet, includes a large bedroom and freshly updated bathroom, with standing shower. Small fridge, microwave and coffee pot for your convenience. This cottage doesn’t have a full kitchen but does include a grill/griddle combo with 2 side burners on the shared back deck area. Wonderfully located in the historic neighborhood of Point Pleasant in downtown Bradenton, lined with Royal Palm Trees and views of the Manatee river. Cable TV with Roku.
