Bedroom 2 offers a quality double bed ensemble,built in wardrobe and wall mounted television.
Free wi fi can be accessed throughout the 2 bedroom apartment.
There is a shower, vanity and toilet in the bathroom. We offer a combined kitchenette with laundry facilities .The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave/convection oven, 2 burner hotplate,toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, a slow cook crockpot,blender,crockery, glasses and a variety of kitchen utensils that you can utilise during your stay.
You have your own entry and off-street car park, allowing you to come and go as you please. Upon request,you have access to a washing machine, dryer and outside clothes line for your convenience.
Interaction with guests
We will interact as much or as little as you please. If you want privacy, we will simply let you enjoy your stay.

Our price includes initial complimentary breakfast provisions to start off your stay in readiness for your days of sight seeing.
We love our home and we take pride in its appearance and guests must treat our home with respect.We love having children stay and they must be strictly supervised at all times. This is a Non Smoking residence and No Candles or Flames are to be used on the premise.We have a maximum number of 4 people per occupancy.
1.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
2.The apartment is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
5.Pets are NOT allowed.
6.Parking is limited to one vehicle and the vehicle is to be parked in the designated parking area only. The driveway must be kept clear at all times.Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
7.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the apartment,we do not permit towels or linen to be taken from the apartment.
8.Water and Septic: The apartment is on a septic system and the system is very effective; however, it will block if improper material is flushed down the system.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and block the septic system, you could be charged for damages.
Both my husband and I love to travel and we relish the opportunity to experience the customs and culture of countries that we have visited.
To date, our favourite destinations have been France, Italy and the United Kingdom and we have made some wonderful friends from our travels.
Ian and I both enjoy meeting people and now we have the opportunity to share our home with others who have a love of travelling.
