Equipped apartment located in a quiet area of Umag, 1 minute walk to the nearest concrete, rocky beach with showers, 3 minute walk to the sandy beach provided for the disabled, while the center has a three minute walk away.The apartments are located on the ground floor of the house, and he belongs to a covered terrace of 15 m2.Two bedrooms with double beds, kitchen, space for the living room and (URL HIDDEN) apartment has three parking spaces.
Tourist tax per person guest check is included.Reservation are min. weekly from saturday to saturday. (or from Sunday to Sunday)
Wireless internet connection is available in the (URL HIDDEN) for the air conditioning per day and flat (optional)

INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE REGARDING TRANSFER AIRPORT - UMAG (TRIESTE(RONCHI)-UMAG,LJUBLJANA-UMAG,ZAGREB-UMAG AND PULA-UMAG.)
The House Rules follow the custom and pratice of the catering and tourism industry and make integral part of the rent.
Noise: - Noise and rumble are not welcomed in our house, particurarly during the rest time between Midnight and 08 am in the morning. Neighbours are also sensitive to noise. You are obliged to mannerly behaviour both adults and children, also responsible for child supervision during their playtime, for draught making and door battering.
Your absence: - If absent from the house for longer than 2 days, please inform us in advance.
Absolutely forbidden: - Pets - bringing of animals is not allowed in our house. We reserve the right to refuse entrance for this reason, withouot advance return.
- Guests are not allowed to recive and entertain non-residents in rented rooms/ apartments. ( Persons who are not the houseguests are not allowed to stay overnight, to reside all day long at the premises or use the house appliences.)
Smoking: - generaly permitted in communal space ( sitting room or kitchen, hall, balcony/ terrasse), not allowed in sleeping rooms.
Around the house: - Vechicles have to be parked only at the parking yard of the house. Please take care of right of passage.
Safety: - Close all the doors and windows when out so there would be no damage in case of storm, lighting or draught. Turn off water taps, power, gas...
Furniture and house appliances - Liability: As guest/ tenant, you are liable for damages caused during your stay and for any hazards due to your presence (fire, flooding), against which you must be insured. It is not allowed to move or take away any furniture or any devices without prior consent by us. You are asked for responsible handling. Before the departure, you are required to call us to check the apartment. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage(s) they cause. As a security, we reserve the right of retaining your properties in case of bigger damage. We do not answer for your belongings in the apartment, if there is any problem, you have to inform us and report the burglary/ teft to the police.
Tidiness - Please take the garbage out daily. Please keep your apartment clean and in order during your stay. (Cleaning is not provided.)
Final cleaning: as standard it is included in the price, but the guests are obliged to leave the apartment in good order as found or we reserve the right to charge for extra service.
Energy; - Please save energy by reasonable usage; turn the light off when not in the space and use water reasonably.
Keys: - must be returned before departure.
From Sep 19, 2015 - Sep 13, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
