- No parties allowed, the neighbors are really quiet.
- When you leave the house you have to close and lock the windows and doors and put the alarm system on.

What to do when you leave?

- Put the trash in the bin outside and the recycling in the bin on the front balcony

Staying here was very much like staying at a friend's house. For our family with a young child, it made a huge positive difference to have toys to play with and books to read. We were working and visiting family, and the location close to the Jolicoeur metro was very convenient - although we borrowed bicycles from some friends and ended up using these much more. The house is only a kilometre from the Lachine Canal bicycle path, which goes straight across to Old Montreal. It's beautifully decorated and has windows on all sides, which was really helpful in generating some much needed ventilation during the hot August days we visited. We could stay cool by going into the large and comfortable basement though, with even more toys and a comfortable place to watch TV. We also spent many mornings and evenings eating outside on the deck watching the birds in the neighbour's tree. Marie-France was a great host, leaving us some bagels and homemade jam when we arrived, and dropping us at the metro with our huge pile of luggage when we left. Her kids were also generous with their toys, and we appreciated all of it so much.

Marie is a very friendly and welcoming host. The location is great with Train station hardly 5 minutes walk away. There is ample street parking near the apartment. Safe neighborhood.

Marie was a fantastic host. We were stuck in traffic for half an hour but Marie was very understanding. When we arrived, Marie showed us around the apartment and pointed out local transportation options and a local grocery store. The apartment was comfortable and exactly as pictured. The apartment is in a neighborhood of two story row houses and is quiet and convenient-- around 5 minutes from the metro station by foot. we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Marie is an excellent host, though I never met her. The house is better then the pictures: clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and close to metro station.

This was a wonderful stay. They were accommodating to our late arrival. The house was beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The neighborhood was quiet, with plenty of street parking and very close to the metro. We felt right at home.

We had an enjoyable stay in this pleasant house. It is in good condition, everything works and it is a short walk from the metro - so we didn't need a car. The host had cleared enough space for our things and the house was clean and tidy.
