Ocean front, next to 12th street (bars street) and steps away from the 5th av. were you’ll find restaurants, bars and shops.
The building has a direct access to the beach.

Ocean Plaza is located in a prime Ocean front location, walking distance to anywhere in town. Absolutely no car needed.

Our concierge will gladly assist you with transportation from and to the airport, and with touristic activities.

Parking onsite is free and subject to availability. There are 6 double parking spots for a total of 12 cars, shared between 20 condos. Since most guests do not have cars, there’s usually plenty of parking spots available. On holiday seasons that might change of course

🌊 Beach access: The beachfront has been affected by erosion due to climate change and is not suitable for swimming or recreational use. However, it offers a picturesque view of local fishing boats and Cozumel. Depending on global weather conditions—especially between May and August—sargassum may or may not be present.

🔇 Noise policy: No parties or loud noise allowed, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Nearby clubs may be heard. $100 USD fine for excessive noise.

👥 Visitors & extra guests: Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (max. 6 visitors). Additional guests beyond the 8th person are charged $25 USD per night.

🚗 Parking: Free and subject to availability. Please provide vehicle make and plate number prior to arrival.
