Our place is 10-15 minutes-ride from Megaworld where the Iloilo International Convention Center is located and SM City (biggest shopping mall in Iloilo City), public market, hospitals and a big Catholic church. It is accessible to public transportation (jeepneys, taxis).

The space
Alexa's Nook 1 has a dining room/kitchenette and a bedroom. There is a refrigerator, a gas stove and utensils for cooking and eating. Our residential house is in the same compound so anytime (business hours) that you have any query or simply would like to have coffee or tea with us, we would be happy to respond or sit with you.

Guest access
Terrace of our bungalow house where you can access the wifi and telephone (for local calls within Iloilo province and city only). Garage inside our compound where you can park your vehicle, motorcycle or bicycle.

During your stay
Like to know our guests personally and I would be happy if I can talk with them.

Where you’ll be

Our place is part of a small private subdivision and we know mostly each other in our neighborhood. My husband was born and grew up in this village so we have many relatives here who are helpful to us and our guests.
Guests who have stayed with us come from South Korea, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy and from different parts of the Philippines.
