Other things to note

King Arthur's Labyrinth is a great place for the whole family to explore the history of wales and the mines of Corris. It also has a small craft village for local shopping.
The Devil's Bridge is a nice place to spend the day and the university town of Aberystwyth is 22 miles away on the welsh coast for lots of good shops and eateries.
Snowdon boasts some of the best views in Britain, and the summit can be reached by a number of well-known paths. The summit can also be reached on the Snowdon Mountain Railway, a rack and pinion railway opened in 1896 which carries passengers the 4.7 miles (7.6 km) from Llanberis to the summit station. The summit also houses a visitor centre called Hafod Eryri, built in 2006 to replace one built in the 1930s.

Ty Poeth is a lovely venue in the heart of Wales. We felt very welcome and we totally relaxed in the beautiful rural setting. 14 of us stayed at the venue and everyone loved their cottages. Daniel was a lovely host. We will definietly come back.

The cottages were a perfect getaway for our extended family. With five separate families enjoying our own private homes, while also being able to relax and be together in the expansive gardens, this place was heaven. The cottages were clean and well stocked with extra beds as well as travel cots if needed. The kids enjoyed exploring the surrounding countryside as well as playing football and rounders on the lawns. We all had an amazing time and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to go away as a large group. For those people who, like us, sometimes rely on Wi-Fi, it can be a bit patchy especially on your mobile. Thank you again to Daniel and all the on-site team who were extremely helpful and welcoming.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay in these beautiful cottages to celebrate my 30th birthday. Daniel was very accommodating and answered all questions prior to check in. He was easily contactable and able to resolve any issues whilst there. The setting is really breathtaking, with beautiful scenery and was the perfect base for exploring Snowdonia. We hope to return at some point next year. Would definitely recommend :)

I stayed there with 20 friends for my 30th birthday. Daniel was a brilliant and very helpful host and answered to my hundreds of questions before we got there. The location is to die for and we all agreed on that. It' a hidden gem. The cottages are very comfortable and cosy and each one has their own character. highly recommend and would definitely go back. Thanks for everything Daniel.
