Bright, airy 2 story home located in a beautiful area. Lake with jogging trails one block away. Easy access to freeways and medical center. Bedrooms are upstairs. Home and neighborhood are very quiet. There is a children's park a few steps away. The backyard is a paradise in the summer and very private. Large outdoor grill. Cable TV and WiFi with printing capabilities. Detailed in design along with comfort. Pool has waterfalls and fountains. Floats and pool toys available. 2 outdoor eating areas

The space
Single, business professionals will enjoy the home for it's easy access to downtown or the medical center. The inside of home is comfortable. New appliances. Washer, dryer. Newly updated in most areas. Only guests allowed in pool. No friends of guests allowed. Pool is not heated so no swimming in cooler weather. The walking/jogging trails are wonderful and you can walk to them. If you have children, there are a lot of ducks there and kids will enjoy feeding them. No need to get on freeway if you're going to Sugar Land, which has a huge mall and a lot of bars and eating areas. Just a skip to the world's largest medical center without using major freeway. Home has quick access to I-59 and I-610 and 90.

My neighborhood is beautiful. Everyone usually waves to you. They are friendly. It's an older neighborhood but is kept very, very well. There is also a community park, which is larger than the one by my house. It is located down the street at the recreation center.
