Summerhill Escape is a gorgeously presented self-contained apartment with incredible views to Cloudy Bay and beyond. Situated in a rural setting overlooking an established olive grove - Tuscany in Marlborough.

Just 15 minutes drive from Blenheim township and only 20 minutes from the airport.

Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers.

The space
Summerhill Escape is private with it's own entrance way and secluded patio with views overlooking Cloudy Bay. Tastefully decorated with the perfect combination of modern and vintage finds. The opportunity to star gaze on a clear night is unique and special.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment. A key is provided for access into the laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack) of the main house.

You are free to explore the seven acres of olive grove/grounds. You are also welcome to enjoy the outdoor setting of the main house to take in the beautiful views.

Other things to note
There will be a groundsman on the property occasionally and a gardener/house minder visits weekly.
