1930s Artistic Cottage, mosaic floor & stained glass transoms handcrafted by the owner 2bd/1ba in tree-lined walkable neighborhood, a short stroll to a local coffee shop & restaurants. 4 miles (Augusta National Golf Course) 1 mile (Augusta University), & less than a mile (Medical District). Off-street parking, a private fenced yard for grilling, dining, or relaxing by the fire pit. Quaint restaurants and shops 2 miles away include Sheehan's Irish Pub, Arsenal Tap Room, Beck’s, & a grocery store.

The space
A relaxing living room with artistic and oriental flare, with a 75-inch TV, breakfast nook sits four comfortably. Bonus areas include a dedicated office with a smaller living space full of light for reading and a laundry room. Fun fact - a Russian Tightrope Act lived here in the 1930s. They practiced between the two large oaks in the private fenced backyard, where you can grill, dine, or sit by the fire pit and watch the lightning bugs dance.
