The space

Situated just a few steps away from the famous Rhineland-Pfalz walking paths ("wegs" - which connect these German villages to one another), this house sits next to an historic church. The bathroom offers a bathtub & shower. Bed & bath linens are provided.

We are able to accommodate a larger group of up to 6 people - please contact us in advance, for arrangements.

Guests will have access to their bedroom, 2 bathrooms, the living room area, dining room, as well as the garden and patio.

Our home is Non-Smoking - we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking near to the house.

We live happily here, and are eager to share it with people who come to explore the Rhineland - Pfalz region of Germany . We will allow you as much privacy as you wish and respect your needs.

Please know that we are willing to help you discover the history of the surrounding area, and can offer suggestions on where you might want to adventure.

Perfect for hikers and bikers!!

Located in the Rhineland Palatinate "Mill Land," this historic village is famous for its many nearby mills (3.3 km - accessible by paved paths), and the "Rose Village" Schmitshausen (1.5 km).

We are 3 blocks away from the town Bakery ("Backerei") and there are also 2 Grocery Stores within walking distance.

The town has two places to dine: a Pizzeria / Donner restaurant (located at the bottom of the hill), and a more traditional German Gasthaus (located in the old mill). Both are within a 5 minute walk. There are also several Gasthaus restaurants in neighboring villages - we can provide details about each one.

Our B & B is also within close driving distance to both the Rhine and Mosel rivers - France & Luxembourg are less than an hour away!

Escape to the tranquility of idyllic and scenic nature, here in the lovely Rhineland. It is a great stop during your visit to German wine country.

This B & B is 3 blocks to the public bus depot and 20 minutes from the Landstuhl Train Station (in case you arrive by "Zug" or "Bahn"). There is a large parking area for your automobile(s). We also offer both ladies' and men's bicycle rentals (including an enclosed bike baby trailer).

Our home is filled with a mix of old and modern furnishings, in an eclectic design. Your room is quite cozy, even though it is very spacious.

You will enjoy the expansive windows which offer stunning panoramas of the surrounding hills and village rooftops. There is a very large garden with a koi pond, alongside the little forest on the hill behind our home.

You can choose where to enjoy the beginning of your day. Imagine yourself being served breakfast on our patio, overlooking the gorgeous garden.

Feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like prior to your arrival. We are eager to make your stay very comfortable and pleasant, so that you can create many memories while exploring the Mill Valleys.
