This is a cozy space for up to 2 guest ONLY no children or infants and it is perfect for short stays
This is a unique space not a traditional space sliding door on bathroom due to limited space
And a window air conditioner and it is not a full kitchen
We do have larger units if available on the property with full kitchens and washer dryer in units if staying for a week or months
Guest are free to us outdoor spaces and patio areas

The property has a laundry room upstairs for guest with longer stays of 2 days or more free of charge ( you must bring your own laundry soap ). :: washer / dryer & iron

Property is just off the main road 520 Cswy 5 miles to the beach
You could have some noise from the roads
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE UNIT DUE TO ANIMAL ALLERGIES AND OTHER GUEST ON THE PROPERTY
