Only five minutes walk from Stockwell and Nine Elms Tube station (Victoria & Northern Line). Fifteen minutes walk from Vauxhall station and the New Battersea power station development. Getting to central London, Chelsea, Brixton, Borough Market, South Bank,Clapham in less than twenty minutes by public transport.

Many local shops, restaurants, bars on your doorstep.

The space
The property has it's own entrance that opens in to the garden, leading down to the studio. The sitting room has a high ceiling with a large sofa and comfortable occasional chairs. The room extends back to the small fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The spacious bathroom is also a wet room. The sleeping area is located upstairs on the mezzanine. There is one double and a single bed. You are welcome to use the outside patio area in the garden when the weather is nice.
