The space
The apartment is a very spacious ground floor apartment and has been completely renovated with a modern and contemporary feel. A separate raised room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and a baby.
It has a small private patio, which you can use to have breakfast outdoors, plan your daily activities, or enjoy a romantic dinner.
A fantastic designer kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances and very spacious, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Also a modern coffee maker and some details.
You will also enjoy a large and luxurious bathroom with a large shower area and relaxing stone floor, equipped with towels, hairdryer and everything you may need.

It is in the central neighborhood of El Arenal. The street is really quiet, safe, and silent (a great value in the center of Seville), and at the same time the monumental area and nightlife of Seville awaits you less than 10 minutes walk away.
Restaurants, tapas bars, and a whole range to choose from. On the other hand, it is also right on the beautiful walk of the Guadalquivir River and the Triana Bridge, which leads to the famous neighborhood of the same name.
We have lived there before having children and that is why we can safely say that its location is perfect, the best possible, and our guests also value it that way.
If you need public transport:
To visit the center of Seville and its main tourist resources, a car is not necessary, since the distances are short and easy to cover on foot. It is a good idea to rent a bicycle to go along the Paseo Marqués de Contadero, which is the bank of the Guadalquivir River, just below the Torre del Oro. It is possible to get along this beautiful walk to the María Luisa Park and the Plaza de España in just a few minutes.
Transfer from the Airport:
Bus: There is a line whose stop is at the airport door, called EA (Airport Special). The ticket is paid on the bus itself and costs 5 euros. The service runs every day of the year, from 5.22 a.m to 1.00 a.m (destination Seville) and from 4.30 a.m to 00.54 a.m (destination airport). The journey takes about 35 or 40 minutes. You must stop at the PASEO COLÓN (TORRE DEL ORO) stop. From there you can see the Teatro de la Maestranza and the Plaza de Toros. The apartment is located on a street that connects both. To return to the airport you must take the same stop but in the opposite direction, at the stop on the sidewalk of the Torre del Oro.
Taxi: The journey takes about 20 minutes and the cost ranges from 24 to 30 euros, depending on the time slot or luggage. For the return you can take one at the Paseo Colón stop or book a taxi for pick-up by calling radiotaxi, even days before departure, and for the time you need, but remember that the taxi does not knock on the door of the apartment, it simply waits on the street and will leave if you are not punctual. Transfer from Santa Justa Train Station:
Bus: Outside Santa Justa Station there is a bus stop (José Laguillo). Bus number 21 can take you to the PASEO COLÓN (TORRE DEL ORO) stop. The ticket can be bought on the bus itself and the journey can take up to 40 minutes, due to the fact that it has other stops. To return to the airport you must take the same stop but in the opposite direction, at the stop on the sidewalk of the Torre del Oro.
Taxi: The duration should not be more than 15 or 20 minutes depending on traffic, and the cost can be between 12 and 15 euros. For the return you can take one at the Paseo Colón stop or reserve a taxi for pick-up by calling radiotaxi, even days before departure, and for the time you need, but remember that the taxi does not knock on the door of the apartment, it simply waits on the street and will leave if you are not there punctual. PARKING
If you bring a car, you should know that in the entire historic center it is possible to park on the street, but a large part is a "blue zone", where there is a ticket system with coins or through an app and you have to be aware of renewing it every so often. The most convenient way is to use the Private Parking "Saba Paseo Colón", which is two minutes walk from the apartment, next to the Bullring (vehicles with a maximum height of 2.10 meters). The price is from €20 for 24 hours. Another possible option is to use the Private Parking "Plaza de Armas", 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Our apartment is legally registered in the Registry of Tourist Accommodations of the Junta de Andalucía with the code CTC-2016142124, and complies with all the requirements established in the Decree of February 2, 2016, which regulates the rental of homes for tourist purposes.
