As our guest, you’re welcome to enjoy the public areas within the residence. We kindly ask that you observe all security and safety guidelines during your stay.
You’ll have full access to the 7th floor, where you can unwind in a comfortable and spacious lounge area—it’s also where the pool is located. The lobby area is also open for you to relax and enjoy at your leisure.
Other things to note
- We may needing a copy of guests identification for endorsement to the Residence administration.
- Princeton Management cares the security and safety of each guest. So they do randomly check guests belongings. I'm asking for your patience and cooperation.
- There are timing for the collection of garbage and only 8pm at night. Its not allowed to leave your trash outside the door. Penalties will be charge to the guests.
-For POOL Access, please contact the Unit Owner at FBMESSENGER @URHOMEAtPrinceton to make arrangements.Swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest(s) provided they pay the corresponding fees (Php 150.00 for REGULAR days and Php 300.00 for HOLIDAYS. Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guests.
Always observe pool guidelines: wear proper swimming attire, no eating/drinking in the pool & pool deck area & dry off before entering the lobby, violators will be issued a violation ticket with corresponding monetary penalty.
