OPS with the goal of restoring the home to a condition that
incorporates all the modern amenities expected by today’s
vacationer, but preserves and celebrates its historical significance.
The restoration work, done in close collaboration with OPS and the
National Park Service, resulted in a charming, period consistent
vacation rental home with 3 bedrooms, a bunk room, 2 full baths, a
brand new state of the art kitchen, front and back porches, a second
story deck off the master bedroom and modern amenities such as central
