Welcome to the heart of the Muskokas - 2 hrs north of Toronto, 15 minutes East of Bracebridge, in a cosy yet active town of Baysville.
This is a townhouse unit in a resort called The Landscapes, with great summer and winter amenities, at the southern end of the Lake of Bays, with beaches and docks (boats can be launched at a nearby marina). Ideal for 4 to 6 people, but with 2 sofa beds you can easily have 8 people enjoying the unit and the resort!

The space
This is a very comfortable two-storey luxury townhouse - it is an end-unit so there is plenty of light here! The kitchen is fully equipped - just bring food, condiments, napkins, drinks, etc (general stores, LCBO, Lake of Bays Brewery are all a short drive away if you forget anything). Linen/towels are included - please bring your own soaps, shampoos, etc.
The unit is conveniently located close to the Entertainment Cabin (aka Games Room), to the Boathouse, and a beach/fire-pit area.

The resort is a minute away from Baysville, which over the years has become a cute Muskoka town where you can find restaurants, ice-cream, pies, jams, a brewery, LCBO, general stores, a library, and a weekly Farmer's Market.
There are a few golf courses in the area and several winter activities as well.
For a much wider set of amenities Bracebridge is about 15 minutes away, and Huntsville is about 20 minutes away.
