Our home is a single house in the Serra Mesa neighbor hood. It has 4 bedroom and 3 bath all in all, kitchen, 2 living room areas and an outdoor patio with a tropical view onto the pool. The house is located in an inward curve which allows various street parking spaces right at our house.
The room for rent is our second room on Airbnb. It has a single bed only.
This room was my sons room and as you can see in the pictures it has his hunting trophies on the walls.
The bathroom is shared.

Serra Mesa is a small town within San Diego and has it’s own little “Market place “ in 5 walking distance :
San Diego Sandwiches, Thai restaurant, Subway , pizza place, yogurt place, Japanese restaurant, an excellent diner Ames Maggie’s diner, donut store, a nail place, Hair dresser, a coffee cart and a coffee shop , post office , laundry mart, CVS Pharmacy, car wash, sports bar and Crunch Gym and 7/11 and 2 gas stations.
A nice size library is in 10 min walking distance and right next to it starts a easy hiking trail through one of San Diego ‘s canyons - Ruffin Canyon.
