The space
Eu Forat is a townhouse perfect for cycling, hiking and exploring holidays. Located right in the centre of Pollença old town, In the heart of all the action with restaurants, shops and bars just a stone’s throw away. This petit townhouse is perfect for a small family or group of friends wishing to explore an authentic Mallorcan town. It takes just 2-minutes to walk to the main square.

Once you’ve settled in, it’s not necessary to rely on a car to get around. As we said above, the property is right in the heart of town and specifically right in the heart of where the 'moros' begin battle during La Patrona on the 2nd August. This is a very busy day outside the property with the streets lined with Pollensins dressed up as pirates.

Recently finished, the property marries traditional stone walls with more modern and contemporary finishes perfectly. For your comfort, there is AC in the main living area and the bedrooms. The garage offers ample space to store bikes or other kit and equipment you may be bringing on holiday.

THINGS TO KNOW:

- Parking: As you are centrally located, it is difficult to get a car parked right to the property door. If you are hiring a car, we recommend parking about a 10-minute walk away.

- On the 2nd August the street outside is very lively due to the local Moors and Christians battle.

- The two single rooms are very simply decorated.

The northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the historic old town of Pollença, just a few kilometres from the beautiful sandy beaches of the port. Pollensa is a popular destination for painters and artists with a unique charm and personality since the beginning of this Century. The market square with outdoor cafés and elegant restaurants is the focal point of this unique village, where the market takes place every Sunday from 8 am - 1 pm. Throughout the year there are various musical events and fiestas, the most famous being the Moors and Christians battle which takes place on 2nd August. The town is an excellent base for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers.
