Gaddens Manor House Wing , 4 bedrooms 4 Bathrooms is the Whole West Wing of a 1920’s Arts and Craft Period House refurbished with modern facilities. The house is set in the New Forest National Park, with an amazing forest and garden location. The grounds, paddocks and woodland extend to 20 acres with great views from every room . The 4 bed-roomed , 4 Bath-roomed guesthouse wing, with its own entrance gates and front door, is the ideal location for your family and friends.

The House is within the National Park and you can both experience the large forest garden and paths as well as walking out along tree lined lane on to the ‘open’ forest. The New Forest is famous for its ponies and wandering cattle, deer, all on the open forest by the house. With separate shower rooms serving each bedroom, your privacy and comfort is assured.

When you arrive at Gaddens Manor House you pass through the coded secure, brick piers and park on the front drive, this is the west wing, and to the left, the Wing entrance door leads into a two storey house with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. You will be sent self entry details. The outside space includes table and seating for everyone, with a gas or wood briaa barbecue available,Fire Pit, outside table Tennis. Garden paths lead down into the woodland which is really exciting for children and adults alike .
Restaurants and pubs locally at all prices, the beach is 20 minutes away.
Shops in Ringwood 10 minutes away include Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl as well as Market Town local produce. A great Farm shop 5 minute down the road. ( all supermarkets will deliver)
Other places to visit include Peppa Pig, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Motorcycle Museum, Moors Valley Country Park, Go Ape, Hurst Castle, Exbury Gardens, Raptor Centre. Beaches 30 mins OR just unwind in the house Garden!

Other things to note
A large drive with electric gates you can close makes the house particularly secure for playing children. Gate remote on main dresser, in entrance . A pool table will certainly entertain the teenagers. The large living room is very spacious. The wood burner makes the room really cosy in the winter although there is full central heating as well. Fire Pit, Gas Barbecue and wood burning Briaa available.

Sea and Beaches 20 minutes drive. Suggest you try Mudeford quay for fresh fish, Barton cliff- top down to beach for walks overlooking Isle of Wight and 'The Needles' . Bournemouth Beaches for sand castles and pier. Lymington Ferry across to Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, makes a good day trip!
