Neighbourhood highlights

Santa Vittoria is 650meters above sea level, close to the Sibillini range of the Appennines. The sunsets are spectacular from the garden and at night there is a welcome breeze from the mountains and spectacular night skies. At the same time, the beaches of the Adriatic are less than an hour away along beautiful country roads. Food and wine are a big highlight and there are plenty of choices nearby as well as 2 excellent restaurants in the village.
The village has all the basic services including: bank/ATM, Post Office, bakery(excellent breakfast pizza!) a butcher who does his own Porchetta, 3 small supermarkets for groceries, a visiting market, doctors surgery and pharmacy. In nearby Servigliano you can find a gas station as well as more restaurants, fresh fish shop and a larger supermarket.
