Amazing location. Especially for the Biennale. Also just outside of the tourist part, giving a proper authentic Venice experience.

Very good location - easy to walk to tourist attractions but the building was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the Arsenale. Only complaint was we could only find one bowl in the kitchen! Very good restaurant nearby on the Via Garibaldi too - Nevodi.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Set away from the main crowds but easy enough to walk to St Marks Square 15 minutes to the right or to the park which is 15 minutes to the left. The local bar in the alleyway is great for breakfast, around 6€ a head. Eating out is expensive even locally but if you get your wine/prosecco from the supermarket and have water with the meal it saves a lot! The supermarkets sell Foccacia 1.59€ and fresh pasta and amazing pesto which can be cooked in the apartment, a great way to save on cost too. I highly recommend going to Murano and Lido Islands both such a contrast and a great day out. I could go on and on, this is an amazing holiday!

Amazing location. Easy to get to everything but quite enough to get away from the crowds. Lovely comfortable apartment with amazing view. Very friendly restaurant next door and cafe two doors away. Can recommend the food at Corte Sconta just 5 mins walk away.

The apartment was exactly as described on the website. It was clean and well located in Arsenale - not far from the vaporetti stop and near to good restaurants and shops. When we asked for additional crockery it was provided immediately.

My husband and I were travelling with my 70-something parents on their first trip to Venice and this flat was just perfect for our stay. It's in a great location right in front of the scenic Arsenale and there are no bridges between the vaporetto stop and the front door. At night it was beautifully quiet! Francesca, Stacey and Silvia who assisted us were all extremely helpful and professional. Silvia came and met us at the vaporetto stop when we arrived that night and helped us find our way through the narrow streets. The flat has a very family friendly feel to it - it's spacious and has a lovely living room area where we had dinner one night. My only quibble was that we had some issues with getting hot water from the tap in the bathroom, however, we alerted Stacey to this and I'm sure it can be easily fixed.
