Bright and fully furnished, this apartment is located on the third floor of a charming, older building with only six units. Just one block from Puerto Rico’s financial district, known as La Milla de Oro, and minutes from the San Juan International Airport, Old San Juan, beautiful beaches, and Plaza Las Américas — the largest shopping mall in Puerto Rico.
Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything: metro (urban train) station, bus stops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, movie theater, Polytechnic University, and the Puerto Rico Coliseum “El Choliseo” — the largest indoor arena in the country.

The apartment is in a quiet and safe local neighborhood, mostly home to residents from the area. It’s located right behind Puerto Rico’s financial district and on one of San Juan’s main avenues. Since the building is in the flight path to the international airport, and near a busy road, you might hear some airplane or traffic noise — especially at night.
