The space
Great art decoration, fully equipped, unbeatable location, lot's of light and very nice views.
Please note the flat is two floors up with no elevator, and the bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet are on the flat´s second floor.

Guests can access the whole apartment.

Other things to note
- Late check-in between 8pm and 12am has a cost of 20USD to be paid upon arrival. After midnight it has a cost of 50USD (please confirm availability). Or you can pick up the keys from a nearby address for free.
- Arriving after the agreed check-in time has a cost of 10 USD per hour. Delays must be notified at least 2 hours in advance.
- 50 USD will be charged in case of keys loss. If the guest gets locked out and the key is in the door lock, guests must cover the locksmith costs.
- For long stays (over 21 nights) guests must cover the cost of a cleaning service halfway through the reservation. For stays longer than one month at least every two weeks.
- No smoking, no pets and no parties/events. 200 USD fines.

Palermo Chico is the most upmarket part of Palermo, and the perfect place to get lost along it´s beautiful streets full of european buildings and embassies.
Just 15 mins away from the famous Obelisco, this area is perfect for foodies, art lovers (MALBA museum is 5 mins away), and shoppers (Alto Palermo and Paseo Alcorta malls are within walking distance).
For dinning we recommend Mishiguene, Birkin, Paru, Quotidiano and The food Truck Store.
