The space
Wake up and see the Castle.
You will have a green view of THE most important park in Mexico city
Close to restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.
Plus! it's brand new. It´s a one bedroom apt. Almost a studio but you do have a sliding door in order to block light from the living room.

The bedroom has a black out curtain so you can sleep tighter.
Windows and doors are sealed with double glass and special locks so even though it is next to a main avenue you will be able to sleep perfectly well. Plus it is in the eight floor.

We have a washing and drying machine in case you need to do laundry.
And kitchen has the necessary stuff for you to cook your meals. Though I truly recommend to go out and try each and every restaurant in the area. They are absolutely delicious and with a lot of variety.

There is a Lobby with 24/7 guards.
If it is in my possibilities I, or my daughter will receive you to welcome you and explain any detail you would like to know.

Other things to note
please take note two things:
1. we are next to a big avenue with many lanes, so of you are sensitive to the city and car noise beware. Windows are doubled sealed but nevertheless some noise can still get in the apartament. Do not book if you are sensitive to car noise.
2. the building is ecological. We are obligued to use eco-heaters for the water. this means each load has 50lts of hot water. it should be used wiseley. once it is over one should wait 30-40 min for the next shower.
showers last 5-8 min tops.
3.Strict No Pets rules in the building. Do not insist. Not even service dogs. It is a condo Rule by the HOA. We have an Airbnb exception granted.
