We loved staying at Maria's house. It was beautifully clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. With a car, it is a fantastic location with easy access to all the main routes to anywhere you want to visit - and being so close to Pisa airport the journey from home and back again feels much easier. Maria was so kind, meeting us at the house with gifts of wine and food so we didn't need to worry about shopping until the next day. Maria is a great communicator too. The village is nice if, like us, you don't want to be surrounded by tourists. We didn't see any - except us! And finally, the tortoise, it's a character! You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Maria Paola was a wonderful host! She greeted us when we arrived to show us the apartment, and provided us tips for the area (restaurants, sites etc.). The apartment was cozy, and warm. It was a great location for exploring Tuscany. :) I would definitely stay again!

Maria was a really greatful person. We had a very warm welcome and a good introduction to the house, and so we had a great start to our holiday. Maria has all gread prepared for a great start in the next morning. The house met our expectations and was for us very well located. We would not hesitate to re-book at Maria. We thank very much for the great holiday and wish Maria. All the best. Thank you for our greatful house!

I lived for a month in Casa di Gino and loved every minute of it. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the home. It was cozy and comfortable and very clean. The shower was hot with a strong pressure which was important to me! Maria (and her family who I had the pleasure of meeting) was wonderful and became my friend. She went out of her way to meet me at the airport at my arrival and help me with my car rental and "led" me home to Agnano. There were several times she came to my assistance when I needed help. What more could I have asked for from a landlord. Tha patio and yard were private allowing for coffee in the morning in my bathrobe! And of course, the famous box turtle in the yard, had to be visited daily with a bit of fruit. Bananas are his favorite! The location is very quiet but there is a local pizza restaurant a short walk away which was nice. It is also a ten minute car ride to the train station in San Giuliano Terme which was ideal. A necessity for travel in Tuscany! I would recommend this lovely location to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax in a beautiful location.

Maria Paola made us all feel very welcome and her home is beautiful. The kids loved the tortoise in the garden and the house is really homely and has everything you could need. It is in a great location if you are visisting Pisa and many other towns - Lucca was a favourite of ours. I would happily recommend others to stay here.

We had a great holiday in Marias house. She was very friendly and well prepared which made us feel welcome. She sent us text messages to make sure we were fine, and responded right away if we had any questions. Our kids enjoyed playing with the turtle and the toys. It was a perfect location from where we could discover alot of tuscany.

I am a tour guide degree in art history at the University of Pisa, enthusiastic about his work, I love to know my area rich in history and monuments suggesting alternative routes to the best known, but no less interesting.

If you are interested in a tourist route we can talk about it and decide on the places to visit together (temporary exhibitions, monuments and museums of Pisa and province, Museums and Collections of Lucca, Florence ..) at a price which is set in relation to the route chosen.
If you like, I can cook for yoou some specialities of Tuscan food such as Zuppa Pisana, Fagioli all'uccelletta, Ragout of meat and pisan sausace, farro o orzo estivo (spelled or barley cold with mozzarella basil and tomatoes) pappa al pomodoro (Pisan typical dish made with soaked bread, garlic, sage, fresh tomatoes cooked in crock pots). The cost per person will be determined at check in and will change depending on the chosen dishes
