Our home is a two-story historic farmhouse is set on two of the most beautiful roads in Germantown. The house was built in 1891 and sits on a 20 acre property right on the Roeliff Jansen Kill, with the best swimming hole in the area, and just a five minute walk down a trail from the house.

The location is great year round. There are many beautiful hikes, sculpture parks, skiing areas and great restaurants. Close to Hudson, Woodstock, Saugerties, Catamount, Hunter and Wyndham ski areas.

It’s a fine place. The yard is good for kids and the porch is nice for night time. The porch, however, is rickety and dangerous for little ones (no railings). The place is rustic but too expensive for the location and amenities.

Beautiful home nestled in the back roads of the Hudson Valley. Gorgeous midcentury furnishings alongside many succulents and artwork throughout the house were delightful surprises and thoughtful juxtapositions to the older farmhouse architecture. Six of us stayed for our college…

This place is really nice and pretty well located. We had a really good weekend there and would recommend to anyone who is searching for a medium budget plan. Katiushka is really responsive and we really appreciated that.

I am from NY, but my family is from Chile so I feel I get the best of both worlds. I am a chef and an artist, so any questions about food or exhibitions I will be able to answer in depth. Traveling is my passion and I try to explore as many new places as possible.
