Signal Point is a beautifully restored Victorian cottage nestled amongst the plants at Ventnor Botanic Garden, minutes walk from the coast. With a wealth of period details, there are three elegantly decorated bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The kitchen/dining room is fitted with all modern conveniences and there is a cosy living room, plus patio overlooking the garden. Your stay includes after-hours access to the world-renowned botanic gardens (inc. children's play park).

Other things to note
Arrival is between 4-6pm, to pick up keys from the Plantation Room Cafe, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Although Dogs are welcome throughout the Botanic Garden on a lead, there is no secure space outside the cottage to let them roam off the lead.

Seasonally we have an ant colony that loves the outside area near Signal Point and are of Spanish orient which is unique to the garden and the Island. They are quite special and a part of the garden’s ecosystem. To reassure you, there are pet-friendly ant deterrents on the perimeter and inside Signal Point that prevent their access to the property. These are not always fool proof and at times they make their way into the house and can become a nuisance. Please let us know and we will do everything we can to assist.
