Where you’ll be

Highland, Scotland, United Kingdom

The area of Lower Pulteneytown (surrounding Wick's harbour) was designed by Thomas Telford as one of the first ever purpose-built communities, and dates from the same time as the harbour expansion between 1805 and 1811. It is a conservation area, and you will see many original buildings, including our B&B. The wee garden across the street is in remembrance of those who died in a bombing raid in WW2. And less than 100 yards away is Wick's award-winning Heritage Centre & Museum.
