You're assured a warm welcome to this beautifully restored small barn, now a cosy cottage with exclusive use of all year round hot tub! Stunning location bordering Snowdonia (10 mins walk to Park). On clear days Snowdon, Yr Wyddfa, herself is in full view. Free Electric car charge. Close to castles, Llyn Peninsula, much beautiful coastline, stone's throw from Anglesey & more! Suitable for couples/one individual. Come, pamper yourself on a restorative break, explore a glorious area, North Wales!

The space
Recently renovated this once derelict barn, the Bwthyn Bach at Llys Ifor, has all modern comforts whilst retaining its character. The renovation has been done sensitively to keep the feel of a rural cottage, and some features have been retained, like the original barn lintels. The exclusive hot tub is given a water change after every booking, and the cleaning fee reflects this. There is a small private garden for the use of guests and you are always welcome to pop over to the main house for a cuppa! I am an experienced host who loves having people to stay. My job here is to make people feel made welcome and comfortable. I am creating a wild life haven and pond here so the landscaping is still in progress. But the place is surrounded by mountains and there is a river on the border of my land which you can hear from the cottage! .

Guest access
The Bwthyn Bach is completely self contained and self catering and very private. The car park is shared with other visitors, and there is a ramp to access the cottages. When you arrive the areas of the land open to roam will be identified for you, and otherwise we are very relaxed here.

Other things to note
We provide Teas, coffee and milk on arrival, and please ask if you need me to get anything in, although a bit of notice helps with that! There is a large car park, and we have two free electric charge points for owners of electric cars. We do have a hot tub for the exclusive, private use of anyone renting the Bwthyn Bach.

Location

Nebo, Gwynedd, Wales, United Kingdom

A rural area, full of outstanding beauty and with coast line, sea, hills, mountains, rivers and nature in abundance. The village is small and friendly, and has some bus services but they are limited, so planning is the order of the day!

A Social Entrepreneur with a Theatre background, now living in a recently renovated cottage in North Wales with 2 acres of land, creating a wild life haven. I really love having people to stay and providing a warm welcome to all. I enjoy theatre, walking and socialising, film and friends and adventures. My life has gone in decades, theatre, consultancy, training, running my own business (about which I co-authored a book) and now here in my little paradise. The greatest privilege ever for me was to be adopted by an Aboriginal community in Australia and given a name, Mulunda Wanambi. I live life to the full so that I wont die with regrets of things not done!
