Great location away from the masses of tourists yet close enough to walk the city. Very near Vaporetto too. The views are lovely and the restaurant and cafe in the piazza were great!

The apartment is larger than the photos suggest and in a quiet area with lovely views over the Arsenale and a view of St Mark Tower in the distance from the rear roof terrace. The whole place was of a good quality and everything worked very well. The only advice I would give you is not to over load the electic system otherwise you'll have to re-set it! From the apartment it is easy and very interesting to wander into Venice or within a 2 minute walk you can catch the water bus from Asenale up the Grand Canal or over to Lido Beach. This is well worth a trip especially as the beaches are lovely, the water is warm and calm and the organisation on the beach is top class, albeit you have to pay but it is worth it for the experience.

A great location for visiting the Venice Biennale, which was my reason for the trip. A beautiful balcony to sit on in the mornings was my main goal!

The apartment is amazing. The decor is stunning and the views and location are top notch. As it is just off the beaten tourist track it is quiet at night - so we slept very well. The beds are very comfy and the apartment was spotless. A great place to stay for everyone except toddlers due to the stairs and spotless decor.
