Guests often search for this popular amenity
A neat and simple air conditioned bedroom with 3 single beds, a private bath, and satellite TV. A couple of steps away from our common area where guests can eat and which is right in front of the beach.

We do not carry a menu but, for a minimal fee, we will be able to cook any uncooked food you bring, there are vendors on the beach from time to time that will be selling fresh catch from the sea or you can also opt to buy from the local market.

Guest access
With a fee, guests will have access to our cooking service wherein we can cook the food that they either bring or the fresh fish catch that the guest can buy from the market or the vendors that regularly walk along the beach.

We can also arrange boat tours should you want to go snorkeling and visit the other beaches and caves around the area.

There are a couple of resorts within walking distance along the beach that provide facilities for diving.

Sipalay is a 4-5 hour drive from the airport so you may want to stay at the capital city of Bacolod for a night, we can also arrange a room for you there since we also have a hotel in the city.

Where you’ll be

Should you not want to buy and bring food for us to cook, there are several resorts along the beach that have restaurants where you can order food and drinks. There are also a couple of convenience stores (sari-sari) where you can buy snacks and drinks, although at a more expensive price versus the standard market/grocery price.

During peak seasons it may get a little noisy due to our neighbors affinity with karaoke but there is an agreement that they are to stop by 10 pm at the latest.

During your stay

Our resort is around a 4 hour drive from the provincial capital, Bacolod, which is where I live so most likely we will not be able to meet but I will be in close contact with our caretaker who will be readily available at the area.
