Fancy a sea break only 20 minutes out of Port Elizabeth? Need a whole house to yourselves 30 minutes from Port Elizabeth airport? This beautiful home is ideal for a family wanting a seaside holiday. It'll be like a home away from home!

The space
The open plan dining room and kitchen on the lower level,leading directly onto the sun drenched deck with spectacular 180° sea views, lends itself to relaxed entertaining indoors or outdoors. Similarly step directly out of the main bedroom onto the deck to enjoy a coffee whilst watching the sunrise! Two single rooms with ample storage, and two bathrooms complete the lower level.Up the stairs a comfortable lounge area also with magnificent views, is a good space to unwind and watch a movie or 2! The fourth bedroom also upstairs.

Other things to note
Not easily wheelchair accessible unfortunately. The house is accessed by outdoor stairs and a flight of stairs indoors leads to the upper level.

Absolutely no parties of any sort allowed! This is not a Pop-Up-Party venue!
