Apartment 4 - Balcony of the West Sun - An entire apartment for you. With living room/kitchen, bedroom with air conditioning, large bathroom with separate sinks closet and large balcony overlooking the Uruguay River and Argentina. We do not have a garage or parking space.

Be careful with the strong winds that usually blow. Throwing down towels, chairs, bottles, glasses and objects on the balcony, as they may damage the neighborhood's houses and even people traveling on the street. When LEAVING, COLLECT ALL OBJECTS from the BALCONY and KEEP ALL WINDOWS CLOSED, because the winds may hit and break the glass (In the breakage and/or damage to third parties, the appropriate amounts will be remitted to any and all damages caused to the property and others).
When the accommodation is fixed beyond 7 days or more, it will be given to you change the bed sheets and towels. You should clean.
