Cozy and air-conditioned mini-house in Copacabana/Leme, perfect for a vacation experience feeling at home. Double bed, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom for the exclusive use of the guests.
2 streets from Copacabana beach. Several 24-hour establishments on the block, plus a supermarket. 5min walk to the Cardeal Arcoverde subway and 10min to Rio Sul Shopping Mall.

Old building, no doorman and no elevator. Apartment on the 4th floor. Concierge has alarm and cameras on all floors.

The space
Modern Kitnet with air conditioning and 2 ceiling fans and workspace. The kitchen is complete with all new utensils. Wi-fi, Smart TV with streaming apps and Claro TV. Sleeps up to 4 people, but is ideal for only 2.
